We are currently looking for a full time Program Coordinator to join our team who shares SMB’s core values: dependability, excellence, personal growth, integrity, compassion and team approach.

**Program Coordinators at SMB are never required to be on-call Sunday night through Thursday night and work on a rotating weekend on-call schedule. Any time a PC is on-call they automatically receive a $125 bonus as well as extra pay if called in.**

A great Program Coordinator will:

• Lead and supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Specialists.
• Manage household budgets
• Attend weekly department team meetings
• Schedule and conduct intake, semi-annual and annual team meetings
• Conduct monthly household meetings
• Ensure residents’ health care appointments are scheduled
• Ensure compliance of 245D and SMB Disability Solutions’ policies and procedures
• Ensure all staff in a home get and remain fully trained to work with each resident in the home.

You Are:

• Someone who shares SMB's core values: Dependability, Excellence, Personal Growth, Integrity, Compassion, and Team Approach
• Someone with 1 year experience in the disability services industry
• Over 18 with a High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass a criminal background check and provide a few references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,520.00 per year
