Full- Time Claims Funding Specialist

Unified Group Services is a full-service third-party administrator (TPA) for self-insured group health plans. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and the flexibility our customers desire in administering employee benefit plans.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position for a self-motivated, reliable individual to send daily billings to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and prior experience in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. completing client audits, assisting with online banking tasks, and closing daily check runs will be included as an integral part of the job. Other responsibilities will be added over time. Because it is critical for department efficiency, cross-training will be required. Having the ability to be flexible and participate in a team setting is very important, as daily job functions can vary from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

The individual that will be best suited for this position needs:

• Prior accounting experience or accounting classes would be helpful, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and have the willingness to learn
• Teamwork and the ability to be flexible
• Ability to meet daily deadlines
• Excellent attendance is a must

Hours Required: 40 per week - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Basis: Hourly
