Position Purpose
Provides leadership and training expertise for activities of staff development in keeping with the overall goals and objectives of Fraser, Ltd. to ensure effective and efficient staff training.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in social work, education, counseling and guidance or a related field, coupled with at least two years experience.
QMRP certified with a background in developmental disabilities is preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
The ability to organize and implement daily work plans effectively is important, as well as the ability to plan and implement long-range goals.
Working knowledge and understanding of all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to rehabilitation facilities is necessary.
