Disability Services Manager oversees an organization's disability related programs. Ensures compliance with all government regulations, including ADA and FMLA, and ensures that program objectives are in line with the overall goals of the organization. Additionally, Disability Services Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disability Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Case Manager. As an Assistant Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail and providing administrative support to our Case Managers by utilizing advanced scanning technology and processing mail in our case management system. This is a great opportunity for someone who is tech savvy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving systems and interested in advancing with the company.

    Duties:
    • Assist multiple Case Managers by sorting, scanning and processing mail into our case management system
    • Utilize your new computer skills working with our new AI driven mail process.
    • Prepare outgoing mail, including printing and labeling
    • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail
    • Provide general administrative support as needed


    Experience:
    • Must have office experience working either as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, Data Processor or Case Manager.
    • Knowledge or experience with the Social Security Administration a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluent in Spanish a plus
