Disability Services Manager oversees an organization's disability related programs. Ensures compliance with all government regulations, including ADA and FMLA, and ensures that program objectives are in line with the overall goals of the organization. Additionally, Disability Services Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Audrain Developmental Disability Services was established in 1978. ADDS is a non-profit Human Service agency serving adults with developmental disabilities who live in and around Audrain County.
ADDS believes that individuals with developmental disabilities have the right to self-determination and to lead a life with quality and to have opportunities for community inclusion. ADDS services are designed to create appropriate options that address the individual needs of each person served while encouraging growth and social interaction in the Audrain County community and the surrounding area.
There are positions open for Direct Support Professionals to work with developmentally disabled individuals in group home settings. Full Time and Part Time shifts are available on evenings, overnights and weekends. Must have HS Diploma/GED and able to obtain Chauffeur's license. $16.33 to start, $17.33 per hour upon completion of those requirements. All other training is provided by ADDS.
