Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     We are seeking a candidate with a desire to learn and grow in an expanding organization. This position will help lead our collections process with engaging communication skills and strong sense of organization; along with serving as a well-rounded accounting administrator implementing our accounts receivable and payroll processes.

    ABOUT RECOVERY CLEANERS

    Recovery Cleaners, Inc. provides restoration services to household and business textile items that have been damaged due to fire or water damage and we are growing by the day. We put the heart back into the “CLAIM” to provide peace of mind to those going through their most difficult times. We are dedicated in our pursuit to see every team member reach their personal, professional, and financial goals through the work we do together.

    PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

    • Generate new and recurring storage client invoices and account statements
    • Accurately process customer payments and complete deposits
    • Contact customers to collect outstanding payments via e-mail, phone, and mail
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
    • Resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding billing and payment
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
    • Prepare and send collection letters or notices to delinquent customers
    • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
    • Complete bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, & paid time off
    • Administer background check and drug screening requirements
    • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
    • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • 1 years of experience in payroll, human resources or related field
    • 1 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable or related field.
    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures
    • Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting and payroll software
    • Strong math skills for accurate calculations and account analysis
    • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations and employee benefits administration
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
