Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     As a Recovery Advocate/Driver at My Time Recovery, you will be responsible for tasks such as:


    • Transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner
    • Arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle
    • Helping clients get acquainted
    • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
    • Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested
    • Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
    • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
    • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
    • Keep the vehicle clean
    • Assist with duties at the outpatient location 
    • Assist in other tasks as assigned


    Ultimately, as a Recovery Advocate/Driver, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients transportation needs are met.


    To be considered for this Recovery Advocate/Driver, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.  Class B license or passenger endorsement preferred but not required. (Note, you don’t need to have a car, a Recovery Advocate vehicle will be provided)


    This Recovery Advocate/Driver position is versatile, and the duties may change from day-to-day so being flexible is key.  The ideal Recovery Advocate/Driver candidate will have:


    • Proven experience as a Driver
    • A valid driver’s license (Class B preferred); clean driving record
    • Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
    • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
    • Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
    • Availability to take weekend and night shifts
    • A polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
    • A high school diploma
