Complete Disaster Services The Project Estimator supports the overall operations team and reports to the Operations/General Manager. The Project Estimator’s main function is to ensure efficient estimating within the allowed budget set forth by the company per industry standards using Xactimate and insurance protocols. The Project Estimator will collaborate with the Construction Manager and work as a “team” on all projects.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• · Emergency on call based on a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• · Job site visits
• · Daily use of DASH
• · Participation in weekly CMS team production meetings
• · Timely completion of accurate Xactimate estimates
• · Project Estimator keeps DASH updated with notes, photos, and compliance dates
• · Visit all large loss projects and coordinate with the Construction Manager to attend
• · Project Estimator goes to all jobs for estimates and meets with the homeowner
• · Project Estimator communicates with the homeowner when the estimate is sent to the adjuster
• · Project estimator to Docusketch the home and upload to Xactimate
• · Project Estimator to scope all jobs.
• · Project Estimator attaches all photos to the estimates and sends to the adjuster for review
• · Proper contract execution including the selection sheet, draw schedule, and right of rescission are uploaded into DASH once approved
• · Communicate with insurance adjusters for payment and recoverable depreciation
• · Meeting with customers at the site to get contracts signed
• · Project Estimator meets with the homeowner to get the contract signed
• · Project Estimator gets all change orders signed with the homeowner and provide copies (2) two copies to the CDS and the homeowner
• · Project Estimator must keep DASH updated with notes on all jobs and compliance dates
• Other duties assigned

Salary is based upon experience.
