Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Essential Job Functions
Administrative Support and Office Management
- Balancing daily point of sale activity/posting member payments
- Keep track of member activity-status, payments, monthly billing, adjustments, communication
- Assist with accounts payable-coding, approval, entering and transmission to HQ
- Support end of month inventory accountability
- Communicate and coordinate various clubhouse vendor scheduling
- Manage daily paperwork flow
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Variable tasks based on daily demand and seasonality
- New and rehire processing and onboarding
- Support managers and Corporate HR team with personnel and cultural initiatives
- Drive local labor and safety compliance regulations
- Payroll preparation - timesheet review and service charge calculation

- Three to five years of experience in an administrative/accounting/HR role.

- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator or printer.
