Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of mitigation experience, possess IICRC WRT Certification, and be familiar with Xactimate software. Additionally, they must excel in customer service and communication, and have proven capabilities in team leadership and training. A positive attitude and efficient time management are key for this position.

    Responsibilities:

    · Oversee all aspects of the mitigation process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

    · Utilize Xactimate software to accurately estimate project costs and communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies.

    · Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

    · Lead and motivate a team of mitigation technicians, providing guidance, training and support as needed.

    · Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and overall job efficiency.

    · Maintain thorough documentation of project activities through various company software.

    · Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

    Requirements:

    • · Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and commercial mitigation.
    • · IICRC WRT Certification (Water Damage Restoration Technician).
    • · Familiarity with Xactimate software.
    • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • · Excellent customer service abilities.
    • · Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
    • · Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
    • · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • · Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
