Disaster Recovery Analyst jobs in Anderson, IN

Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Responsibilities:
    • Customer satisfaction and providing our WOW Promise
    • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes including mold, water fire, biohazard and contents work
    • Continued development of production skills and expertise
    • Showing care for our equipment, and respect for our customer's homes and businesses
    • Following all uniform and policy guidelines 
    • Keeping all work documentation up to date each day
    • Always leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
    • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians      
    Qualifications:
    • Willingness for continued learning and growth
    • Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
    • Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 
    • Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers
    • Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills
    • Must have own basic toolkit and smart phone; specialty tools and other electronic devices will be provided by company for shared use
    • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
