Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Iron Recovery and Wellness Center has been providing valuable Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health treatment services since 1987. Our Mission: To save lives from the devastation of addiction. IRWC offers various pathways to recovery from substance use disorder and Behavioral Health utilizing three distinct programs. Opioid Treatment Program provides medication assisted treatment with methadone being the most utilized mediation followed by buprenorphine (Suboxone). Utilization of medication is adjunct to psychotherapy provided to our clients by our clinical staff at various levels of care e.g. Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and General Outpatient (GOP). We are also licensed for Behavioral Health outpatient. All of our clients have access to psychiatric and medical services/consultation along with appropriate medication management.

    Iron Recovery and Wellness is seeking an energetic, self-driven enthusiastic candidate to fulfill the position of Administrative Specialist. The primary purpose of the Administrative Specialist is to answer telephones and expedite calls professionally, productively, and effectively with excellent customer service skills. He/she is also responsible for administrative process of the intake procedures to ensure patient flow is smooth and professional.

    Main duties of the job:

    • Answer telephones and expedite calls professionally, productively, and effectively. Maintain cordial & professional mannerisms for ALL calls.
    • Maintain flow of and be accountable for all service summary sheets and the managing of those documents for billing purposes
    • Submit billables to vendors using the required software
    • Assist with the accurate, effective, & productive processing of 3rd party billing.
    • Balance and reconcile all received payments (money orders and credit card type) to prepare deposits and balance sheets.
    • Responsible for various weekly reports, their accuracy, timeliness, and the distribution of those reports to the appropriate department Directors or Supervisors.
    • Respond to any and all special projects or duties handed down by the Revenue Cycle Manager or the Agency as a whole.
    • Compile weekly schedules for all departments
    • Monitors UDS collection processes to ensure accuracy of results
    • Analyzes and relays test results to clients and staff
    • Ensures all results are documented in EHR
    • Schedules appointments for prescribers and intakes
    • Collecting data from patients to assist in managing their account and ensure payment

    Required Education and Qualifications:

    • High school graduate or equivalent; administrative experience preferred Ability to compile & reconcile various cash/check deposits.
    • Ability to stay within boundaries of the role and function of position.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Computer knowledge of MS Office, and other HR applications is a plus, not required.

    • Must have the skill/ability to collaborate, partner with, and provide exceptional customer support to a variety of affiliate partners within the organization.
