Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Recovery Coach needed to join our team in Paw Paw, MI.
The Recovery Coach will assist adults in achieving their recovery goals, manage their emotional & behavioral symptoms, and support development of independent living skills. Models good communication skills, recovery-oriented living skills, effective coping skills, and self-help strategies for customers. Assists SUD customers with completing initial admission paperwork. Assists customers in identifying their personal recovery goals & developing a person-centered treatment plan to achieve their life goals. Assists customers in attending recovery-related activities &appointments by providing escort or transportation services as needed. Some in-person services currently limited due to COVID-19 and position may include some remote work options.

Program is based in Paw Paw, MI but services may be provided in locations throughout Van Buren County. Work hours may be flexible and include some evenings and weekends.
Position is part-time (30 hours per week).
