Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Resilience Recovery Resources is an all male, young adult aftercare facility; consisting of outpatient treatment and a sober living facility, we treat substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders. Our population is 16-24. We are a tightly knit team and care for a vulnerable population in a transition phase of their lives. Communication, collaboration, strong boundaries, and empathy are extremely important. Recovery Advocates are on the front lines of treating our population.
We are seeking a male part-time or full-time Recovery Advocate, mostly for PM shifts and weekend shifts. PM shifts are 4pm-12am. Swing shifts may also be required from time to time: 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm, weekend availability for PM or AM shifts (8am-4pm). Recovery Advocate duties include but are not limited to:
