Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. The Clinician will be responsible for providing behavioral health services and support to individuals in need. Responsibilities:
● Conducting initial biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including interviews, observations, and standardized assessments.
● Formulating accurate diagnoses based on clinical assessments and DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) criteria.
● Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
● Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, or other modalities.
● Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
● Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as providers, therapists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to ensure coordinated care.
● Providing crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
● Advocating for clients' rights and access to appropriate mental health services.
● Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
● Participating in ongoing professional development activities, such as training workshops, seminars, or supervision.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
● Clinical experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of substance use disorders.
● Knowledge of diagnostic criteria and treatment modalities for various mental health and substance use disorders.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
● Empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity to address the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
● Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality regulations.
● Flexibility and adaptability to work in different settings, such as outpatient clinics, community mental health centers, hospitals, or private practice.
● Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a caseload of clients and documentation requirements.
● Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in the field of mental health.
