Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred), CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for individuals with substance use challenges.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and diagnoses.
    • Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to address clients' unique needs.
    • Lead specialty groups, if applicable, meeting all regulatory standards and certification requirements.
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
    • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred).
    • CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
    • Appropriate certifications to lead specialty groups, meeting all regulatory standards.
