Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. THIS POSITION IS FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM NOON UNTIL MIDNIGHT.
Responsibilities
A Peer Recovery Specialist is responsible for the following duties:
- Developing trusting and mutually respectful relationships with service participants.
- Listening deeply, and without judgment, to service participants and sharing honestly about one’s own personal recovery journey and wellness and recovery strategies.
- Assisting service participants to develop a self-directed wellness and recovery plan.
- Providing peer-delivered mental health and substance use recovery support services to individuals and groups.
- · Collaborating with a peer support team, including one’s supervisor and other peer specialists, to understand and meet the needs of each service participant.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED. Peer Support Specialist certification. Must be a person with lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.00 - $14.00/hour.
