Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. As a Recovery Advocate you will help care for those suffering from drug and alcohol use by providing guidance, support, and responding to client needs.

     

    We are currently seeking a reliable, fun, optimistic team members who are client focused and comfortable in the occasional fast-paced environment. We have PRN (As needed) shifts open!  Must be available to work 12 hour shifts. 


    Responsibilities of a Recovery Advocate include:

     

    • Completing tasks related to admissions, discharges, and transfers
    • Observing, supervising and documenting client behavior and participation in daily unit routines
    • Communicating significant observations to interdisciplinary team
    • Providing assistance in the care of clients who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Conducting drug and alcohol screens (UA/BAC)
    • Ensuring client’s immediate needs are met
    • Responding to emergencies as needed and help team to effectively manage crisis
    • Maintaining a professional, therapeutic relationship with peers and clients
    • Maintaining confidential client records
    • Role modeling appropriate behavior that is supportive of those in recovery.
    • Providing client transportation (using company vehicle) to and from other facilities, appointments, recreation activities, etc.
    • Performing other routine support tasks that may include, answering telephones, filing, and copying/scanning/faxing


    Requirements include:


    • Two years of coursework in a human services field and/or two years experience/training in a human services field, or two years of lived recovery experience with demonstrated skills and competencies in treatment of individual with a behavioral health diagnoses
    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Psychology, sociology or a related human service field preferred)
    • Ability to work with diverse populations
    • Must be 21 year of age or older 
    • Have an active and valid Driver's License
