Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Pay Range: $64,480 - $80,020 DOE Benefits
Administers compensation programs as directed by the Compensation and Benefits Manager including salary administration, job evaluation, and wage and salary management programs. Supports the planning, development, and implementation of new and existing compensation programs and assists with detailed analysis, modeling, and costing projects.
This role and its function are part of the Human Resources shared services model.
