Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Responsibilities

    Our nurses always monitor patients, ensuring safety and compliance with program protocols. They assess patients continually to evaluate changes in acuity and physical state, relaying critical information to Physicians or Nurse Practitioners as needed, and making recommendations about transfer to higher levels of care as needed.

    • Places orders to toxicology laboratories, blood analysis laboratories, and pharmacies
    • Receives and analyzes results from laboratories
    • Communicates laboratory results to a Physician or Nurse Practitioner
    • Receives and stores all orders from pharmacy
    • Takes and records patient vital signs
    • Assesses patient symptoms regularly, reporting condition changes to a Physician if a change in care plan may be necessary
    • Dispenses medications to patients as needed
    • Responds to medical emergencies and calls Physician for orders
    • Screens patients upon admission and works with physician to determine whether patient is appropriate for admission
    • Supervises patient monitoring station or delegates to other staff as necessary
    • Monitors on-site narcotics to prevent theft or abuse
    • Leads patient community meetings as necessary in absence of available Patient Engagement Specialist
    • Participates in Performance Improvement Committee meetings as needed
    • In absence of managers, acts as supervisor on duty and ensures other staff carry out all duties and responsibilities of their positions
    • Assists with supervising Licensed Practical Nurses
    • Works cooperatively and collaboratively with everyone including employees, management and external agencies

    Qualifications

    • AA or higher in Nursing required and BA/BS or higher preferred
    • Active state Registered Nursing or Licensed Practical Nursing License
    • 2 years of prior experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
    • 2 years of experience in a managerial role preferred
    • Chemical Dependency Treatment experience preferred
    • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
    • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
    • Certification in First Aid required
    • Be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs
    • Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred
    • Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential
    • Authorization to work in the US is required
