Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Summary/objective

    The Janitorial Supervisor - Working Supervisor position will oversee our facility maintenance and cleaning division and will be responsible for day-to-day facility responsibilities such as supervise, direct, and coordinate employees and maintenance of supplies and equipment. The Janitorial Supervisor should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines and principles and must be proactive in their role.

    Essential functions

    • Establish cleaning standards and procedures for employees and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
    • Train/Coach and develop employees
    • Schedule and assign tasks to employees based on job requirements and ensure they are carried out proficiently
    • Responsible for general equipment maintenance, requesting replacements when necessary
    • Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
    • Provide any form of required assistance to employees while they carry out their duties

    Prolonged periods of sitting in vehicles and at a desk

    Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time

    Exposure to standard work site environments

    Travel required

    Minimum travel outside the immediate operating area may be required

    Education and Experience

    • A basic degree in any hospitality-related field is not required but preferred
    • Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Must have a clean driving record and a Valid Driver's License
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
