Job Overview
Platinum Recovery is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and focused individual to join our growing team as a Patient Account Representative. The Patient Account Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts (consumer, healthcare, commercial) and following up to satisfy the tasks determined by our clients. This is accomplished through utilizing our state-of-the-art technology stack, including account management software, telephone system, messaging systems, and skip tracing tools. Further responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, negotiating payment of outstanding bills, and possible customer service functions.
Training
Platinum Recovery requires 2 weeks of hands-on, one-on-one, paid training for all employees at the beginning of employment. Following the initial 2 week period, supplementary instruction is provided by staff members and management.
For employees specializing in one area of our services, Platinum Recovery offers supplemental educational training and certification through a partnership with the Washington County Career Center.
The Washington County Career Center is ranked #1 in the State of Ohio, and provides educational training and eventual certification to Platinum Recovery employees at no extra cost, if the certification is completed.
Compensation
The Patient account representative is provided hourly compensation, with a generous bonus incentive for performance on established metrics. Hourly compensation and bonuses are paid out bi-monthly.
Schedule
Full time schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with an hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks. Employees are permitted to leave early on Fridays, if weekly performance standards are achieved. The training schedule follows standard working hours.
