We are seeking a bright and articulate person with strong administrative and computer skills to join our Compliance team as a Compliance Administrative Assistant. The position entails, but is not limited to, data entry, document retrieval, and mail preparation for its legal network department. A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a compliance related position is preferred.
Basic Qualifications
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
· Previous experience with Debt Validation and Cease and Desist preferred.
· Able to multitask and prioritize your assigned workload, with strong attention to details, deadlines, and adherence to defined client requirements.
· Inquisitive and customer service-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
· Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
