Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     How you make a difference

    The Program Director role entails overseeing the Jail Based Competency Treatment (JBCT) program and reporting to higher licensed health professionals. The ideal candidate would be a licensed, master’s prepared clinician, a licensed Psychologist, or a Registered Psychological Assistant. In this role, the Program Director will provide staff supervision, manage stakeholder communication, monitor program outcomes and success, and maintain policy and procedure adherence for the JBCT program.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure program compliance with DSH and Policy & Procedure Manual and conduct monthly audits to guarantee compliance. • Act as the primary liaison with JBCT partners and foster supportive relationships with the Sheriff's Office team. • Provide leadership to the Treatment Team, review patient Treatment Plans, and ensure sound delivery of clinical treatment. • Document all findings in inmate records and coordinate IMO/ALJ processes as needed. • Assist with job shadowing, orientation, and training of new employees and provide clinical support to staff as needed.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Education

    • Education associated with licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, PSY/ PhD, or registration as a Psychological Assistant or related discipline

    Experience

    • One years of experience
    • Knowledge of 1370/IST patients and treatment
    • Leadership and management experience
    • Previous correctional/detention facility experience

    Licenses/Certifications

    • LMFT, LCSW, PSY/ PhD, or registration as a Psychological Assistant

    Compliance

    • Current (and must maintain) lifesaving BLS certification through AHA.
    • Must obtain and maintain security clearance throughout the course of employment.
