Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments within the organization and assist with day-to-day operations. Duties: - Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations - Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records - Provide customer service and support to clients - Process orders and manage inventory using QuickBooks - Assist with event planning and coordination - Collaborate with team members on various projects Qualifications: - Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent proofreading and attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred - Familiarity with order entry systems is a plus - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong written and verbal communication skills Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
