Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our repossession team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with various projects. This position is great for anyone who has good knowledge of computers, good communication skills, can Multi-task, also be a Team Player. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. New hires will receive PAID training with our team of highly experienced staff. Training will consist of computer software, general paperwork, and all applicable laws and regulations. This is NOT a remote position.

    Responsibilities:
    - Assign all repossessions and communicate with Repossession Agents and spotter cars in the field to secure collateral.
    - Handle redemption's and Personal property Appointments.
    - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customer and clients, while maintaining composure and professionalism.
    - Handle customers in person and stay calm under pressure and de-escalate situations
    - Follow company and state laws and procedures
    - Comply with all state, federal laws and regulations with regards to appropriate contact/dialogue with consumers.
    - Ensure that repossession notices such as Notice of Seizure are properly documented and mailed in a timely manner.
    - Keep records and status of updates in customer's account via various software platforms
    - Multi-task between several web base portals and E-mails
    - Data entry repossession documents to the assigned clients
    - Scan, Fax , and E-Mail Professionally.

    - Must be able to handle High call volumes
    - Ability to update accounts and speak to clients about the account. Get new info on the customer.

    - Provides high quality, consistent work and documentation.

    Requirements:
    - Must be at least 23 years old (Corporate Insurance Requirement)
    - Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
    - Current Driver’s license
    - Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
    - Intermediate computer skills for inputting data into multiple software platforms
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to pass background check for purposes of California State Licensing requirements. (California Law does not allow Felonies)
    - High school diploma, or general education degree (GED) required College degree preferred
    - Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Internet Explorer, Word, and Excel
    - Must have good customer service and communication skills.
    - MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER!
    - Must be able to work Monday - Friday and some Saturdays 7am - 4pm (some days will start earlier or get off later)
    - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
    - Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information
    - File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible
    - Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties
    - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
    - Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial records and process invoices
    - Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
    - Maintain an organized office environment, including ordering supplies and keeping inventory

    Skills:
    - Proficient in operating phone systems, handling calls effectively and professionally
    - Strong file management skills, able to organize documents for easy retrieval
    - Excellent transcription abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
    - Knowledge of clerical procedures and practices, including record keeping and data entry
    - Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
