Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     The Recovery Agent requires a positive attitude and a high aptitude for problem solving. You will be the face of our company to the public and who will recover the collateral and assets for our clients. Every person you meet needs to be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of the circumstances in which they find themselves or the attitude they exhibit.

    You will be responsible for finding and securing the asset, then delivering it safely to the closest impound lot. This is expected to be done without any damages to the company equipment or the repossessed collateral.

    Driver will be working in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.

    By applying you acknowledge the position is evening to overnight hours.

    The Recovery Agent must be self-motivated and be able to work alone.

    Job Requirements

    • Must be at least 25 years old.
    • Must have no felonies for at least 10 years.
    • Must be able to pass a background check.
    • Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
    • Must be goal oriented.
    • Be willing to learn the asset recovery services field with a positive attitude.
    • Be able to maintain, operate and keep the assigned vehicle clean.
    • Be computer literate.
    • Have a cell phone with reliable service.
    • Be able to complete updates on each case when required by the client.
    • Be able to communicate clearly and courteously, act professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
    • Be willing to work long or extended hours.
    • Prior repossession experience is preferred but not required, training will be provided.
    • Repossession Industry Certificates are a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
