Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Responsibilities:

    • Assist the DON with leadership to the Nursing Service Department consisting of an ADON, LPNs, RNs, and QMAs. 
    • Performs intake assessments on all clients, timely and complete medical record documentation.
    • Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
    • Develop and implement nursing care plans, staff schedule, and manage staff performance.
    • Adhere to HIPAA compliance in all communication regarding clients.
    • Additional duties as directed.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited school for professional nurses and licensed in good standing (LPN or RN)
    • At least 2 years prior experience as an LPN or RN preferably with hospital and behavioral health experience
    • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own insured transportation.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
    • Advanced oral and written communication skills, computer literacy and ability to use an EMR. 
    • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Work Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

    Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
