Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Summary/objective

    The Janitorial Supervisor - Working Supervisor position will oversee our facility maintenance and cleaning division and will be responsible for day-to-day facility responsibilities such as supervise, direct, and coordinate employees and maintenance of supplies and equipment. The Janitorial Supervisor should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines and principles and must be proactive in their role.

    Essential functions

    • Establish cleaning standards and procedures for employees and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
    • Train/Coach and develop employees
    • Schedule and assign tasks to employees based on job requirements and ensure they are carried out proficiently
    • Responsible for general equipment maintenance, requesting replacements when necessary
    • Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
    • Provide any form of required assistance to employees while they carry out their duties

    Education and Experience

    • A basic degree in any hospitality-related field is not required but preferred
    • Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Must have a clean driving record and a Valid Driver's License
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
