The Manager IS Compliance and Disaster Recovery is responsible for:

• Providing assurance that information security activities support business objectives, are consistent with regulatory and industry standards and best practices and adhere to enterprise policies and internal controls.
• Responsible for all aspects of the DR program from ensuring back-up and off-site storage strategies adequately protect the organization to implementation of leading-edge capabilities such as data replication and geo-redundant failover.
• This position is responsible to ensure BayCare meets or exceed requirements for HIPAA Security Rule, PCI Compliance and applicable laws and regulations.
• Must have extensive knowledge of IT Governance and IT Risk Management frameworks and concepts. Extensive knowledge of regulations and/or contractual obligations including HIPAA, PCI, applicable federal and state statutes, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborations skills working in a team-oriented environment.
• This position will report to the Chief Information Security Officer.
• Preferred Certifications include: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CBCI or CBCP.
• Experience Required: 7 years relevant to the knowledge listed above with a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years with High school Diploma or Equivalent.

• Or - 10 years - Relevant experience with High School or equivalent

Required Education:

• Required - Bachelors - Computer Science; Or - Bachelors - Information Systems; Or - Bachelors - Cyber Security; Or - High School or Equivalent (Reference summary for details)
