Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. We are seeking seeking full time Certified Recovery Mentors to join our professional treatment organization.
Candidates must meet the requirements set by MHACBO for certification. They will work full time as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team providing emotional and informational support to clients receiving substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services in a variety of settings. Services must be provided using a trauma informed approach and proven clinical practices while representing ARC’s Guiding Principles. Successful candidates must have the ability to provide services with a work schedule that includes weekends and various shifts.
