Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disaster Recovery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Disaster Recovery Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary

    The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing long lasting business relationships to help Advanced Disaster Recovery Inc. achieve sales growth. Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing business through relationships through commercial facilities including hospitality, healthcare, commercial property managers, schools, Municipal governments as well as other sources. Cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and intensely focusing on turning leads into accounts and sales.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding customer to securing a deal.

    • Deliver effective sales presentations in person.

    • Plan and manage appointment schedules.

    • Maintain exceptional internal and external customer communication and accurate sales documentation.

    • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ experience

    • Meet/Exceed monthly sales quotas and goals.

    • Create sales activity reports.

    • Analyze and implement business development opportunities and strategies.

    • Majority of time is spent on outside sales calls, may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends.

    • Identify and initiate contact with target customers such as insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors, and commercial outlets.

    • Actively participate and network in industry-related trade organizations promoting the company services.

    • Make presentations to small groups.

    • Reinforce relationships with new and existing customers.

    • Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.

    • Professionally represents the Advanced Disaster Recovery Values.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    • Have fun and drive a growing business!

    Performance Indicators:

    1. Maintain and update CRM after each call. Complete notes in CRM or Dash software daily.

    2. Complete weekly Sales Activity report for management. Target 15 appointments and 30 phone discussions per week.

    3. Follow up on leads within 24 for hours.

    4. Participate in networking events and develop relationships with potential customers.

    5. Convey positive image of the company.

    6. Seek information and knowledge on new issues.

    7. Follow company policies and procedures.

    8. Make cold calls and deal with customers face to face, while demonstrating good listening skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy.

    9. Demonstrate persuasive and professional written and verbal communication skills.

    10. Wear appropriate business attire with identification badge at all times.

    11. Participate in overall strategic planning of the company.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    • Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably selling a service.

    • Experience selling to insurance agents, small service contractors, property and facility managers/property owners preferred but not required.

    • Excellent sales and communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (i.e Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Exchange, google).

    • Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the position.

    • Marketing and customer service experience.

    • Strong analytical skills.

    • Professional appearance and decorum.

    • Results driven attitude and a self-starter.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

    • Must be willing to take a background check.

    • Must follow procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
