Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Perform network administration tasks such as setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environment
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of VPN connections
