Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our organization. This is a per diem position.

Duties:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals

- Perform network administration tasks such as setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environment

- Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions

- Assist with the setup and maintenance of VPN connections

- Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote access

- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of computer systems

- Maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses

- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols

- Experience with Active Directory administration and Group Policy Objects (GPO)

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively

- Knowledge of IT security best practices

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
