We are seeking a dedicated Client Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals in substance use and behavioral health, with experience in crisis management and addiction counseling.
Responsible for fostering client success by maintaining a client-centric approach, serving as a bridge to family involvement, gauging client satisfaction, establishing rapport to prevent Against Clinical Advice (ACA) instances, and ensuring clients successfully transition through the entire continuum of treatment. Additionally, they play a crucial role in supervising the alumni program, actively involving current and past clients in alumni activities, thereby contributing significantly to the efficacy of addiction treatment and supporting long-term recovery.

Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- RADT certification preferred
