Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate AOD Certified Case Manager to join our team in women's AOD treatment facility . As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to clients in need of AOD counseling, medical and behavioral health services. Your role will involve coordinating care, advocating for clients, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their Recovery and treatment journey.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Facilitate Evidence based Curriculum for groups, and familiar with drug trends and its impact on clients and family
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate client care
- Provide AOD counseling and support to clients and their families
- Assist Clients in accessing appropriate AOD resources, medical and dental services, and AOD treatment
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Advocate for clients' rights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
- Education in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) necessary to obtain AOD certification with State approved certifying body
- Strong knowledge of alcohol and drug addiction issues, physiology, medical terminology, and behavioral health principles
- Experience in client care or case management preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Trauma informed, Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
