    6. Be able to follow written and oral instructions
    7. Have training, knowledge, and experience to allow for general supervision of responsibilities
    8. *REPORTING:**

    This position reports to the Administrator.

    • *JOB DUTIES:**

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

    1. Participating in the resident admission process to ensure implementation of the plan of care
    2. Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings as assigned
    3. Providing ongoing communication with family members, as indicated
    4. Ensuring appropriate education training is conducted before discharge
    5. Monitoring medication regimen to ensure appropriate utilization
    6. Serving as a role model for interdisciplinary team 
    7. Promoting a positive, calm, and effective work environment
    8. Monitoring for noncompliance trends and making recommendations
    9. Serving on committees as assigned by the Administrator
    10. Performing any other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
