Beverage Automation Company based in Oregon is seeking a full time Service Coordinator for Bend location.

Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is responsible for helping customers with assistance regarding company products and services. Duties include; logging service calls, dispatching field technicians, arranging travel (flights, cars, hotels) for in field personnel, and tracking progress and completion of all service-related work. Service Coordinator reports directly to the corporate team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Service:

Coordination of preventative maintenance checks to be performed by techs for each service contract property. Dispatching service technicians for service calls nation wide.

Service Contracts:

Collect equipment information and keep track of all counts for service contract properties.

Provide information to operations team to create service contracts for each property as they expire and need to be renewed.

Follow up with customers regarding deadlines and approvals.

Following up with customers on past due invoices.

Parts Orders / Shipping:

Taking orders from customers and techs and submitting to the production team.

Creating purchase orders for vendors for in-house and customer orders.

Creating shipping labels for customers and techs.

Travel Arrangements:

Book all travel arrangements for in field personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
