JOB SUMMARY – ADMISSIONS PLANNER
The Admissions Planner will report to the Administrator and is responsible for coordinating all admissions at the skilled nursing facility on the campus of Sayre Christian Village. The successful candidate will be able to identify individual needs and progress and safely and successfully determine appropriate transitions from home/hospital to rehabilitation and discharge.
