Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
