Must also be profit driven and possess a strong work ethic to join our team.This position will be responsible for managing our warehouse, including receiving, inventory control, accurate paperwork and customer relations.

This position will lead by displaying the highest level of customer service to ensure the success of daily operations as well as the strategic goals of the Company.

REQUIREMENTS : Ability to examine shipment contents and compare with packing slips to verify accuracy. Must be dependable and have great attention to detail.

Ability to effectively manage a team. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and ultimately achieving excellent customer satisfaction.

Retail sales experience in the industry is preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, Company e-mail and their capabilities.

Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities. Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
