As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. ```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise department staff, including recruiting, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays that are appealing to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other department managers to optimize store operations and promote teamwork
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in shift management, preferably in a retail environment
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and supervise a team of employees
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Ability to effectively manage stock levels and inventory control
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
