Product Manager  - Back-Office Institutional Brokerage Processing

We are currently seeking an experienced and financial services oriented professional to take on the role of Product Manager. The ideal candidate is expected to evolve and grow our suite of institutional products to meet the changing needs for our clients in support of the ever evolving and increasing demand in the industry. This role will influence a cross functional project team and provide product direction to develop conceptual design, market and competitive analysis and evaluate product performance to determine necessary product enhancements or changes.

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations for Institutional/International product offering
• Align to Proposition vision- Responsible for the product vision of key capabilities, socializing and collaborating with key team members across the organization.
• Be the business leader responsible for crafting the client experience and driving the execution of products. 
• Update and evolve the business plan for each product, as well as partner, marketing, and client growth strategies.
• Translate strategic direction into measurable project plans.
• Lead the collections of current and future business needs for products.
• Customer research- informed product decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and experimentation.
• Support for core operational back-office processing capabilities to support an industry leading front/middle/back-office service provider platform.
• Define goals, plan, resource requirements, risks, and contingency plans.
• Assign, coordinate and manage results across multiple internal and external partners.
• Translate business needs into prioritized technical features and develop and maintain a backlog. 
• Represent organization on various industry forums and client engagements. 

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 3-5 year of experience working as a product manager. 
• High level understanding of end-to-end institutional brokerage processes from account opening and relationships, trading, settlements. 
• Working knowledge/subject matter expert with processing of international and domestic settlements.
• Institutional products; CTM, Trade Suite, M2i.
• Security Lending products and Loanet.
• Experience with vendor relationships and third-party interfaces.
