```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Manager to join our team. As a Produce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the produce department, including inventory management, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail management and a passion for fresh produce.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the produce department
- Ensure that the department is properly stocked and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train and supervise produce department staff
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Create attractive displays to showcase the fresh produce
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all produce meets our standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in shift management, preferably in a retail environment
- Proven track record in recruiting, training, and supervising employees
- Strong knowledge of store management principles and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with wireless sales is beneficial
- Proficient in retail math calculations, including pricing, margins, and inventory management
- Knowledge of stock rotation techniques to ensure freshness of produce
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
