About Us

Arizona Property Brokerage is a leading property management firm specializing in residential properties. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and residents.

Responsibilities

Tenant Relations:

• Assist in responding to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Support the screening process for potential tenants and assist with lease negotiations.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and ensure a smooth transition for residents.

Property Operations:

• Assist in conducting regular property inspections and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service.
• Help maintain accurate records of property maintenance and repairs.

Leasing Support:

• Assist with the marketing of available units to attract prospective tenants.
• Provide information about the leasing process to prospective tenants.
• Support lease renewals and rental rate adjustments as needed.

Financial Management:

• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to ensure financial goals are met.
• Support rent collection processes and address late payment issues.
• Contribute to financial reports for senior management.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date property files, documents, and records.
• Prepare and distribute communications to residents regarding property updates or events.
• Assist in coordinating legal activities, including evictions, in compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Active Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred.
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in Appfolio property management software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs and Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
