**Duties:**
- Process Company bookkeeping, commissions, and billing
- Process payroll for clients & employees accurately and timely
- Perform bank reconciliations related to billing and payroll transactions
- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Conduct 10 key typing for data entry accuracy
- Collaborate with the finance team on account analysis and reconciliation
- Manage general ledger accounting entries related to payroll
- Apply knowledge of debits and credits in financial transactions
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience with Quickbooks payroll software preferred
- Strong background in bank reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and GAAP standards
- Proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry
- Exposure to public accounting practices is a plus
- Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks effectively
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting procedures
- Understanding of debits and credits in financial transactions
