Responsibilities entail leading a team comprising planning, purchasing, finance, quality control, customer service, shipping/receiving, and production to meet customer demands profitably, adhering to specified quality standards, and within set timelines.

Accountable for overseeing production output, product quality, and timely shipping.

Optimize resource allocation and asset utilization for achieving optimal outcomes.

Ensure timely processing and shipment of customer purchase orders as per commitments; develop strategies in line with organizational initiatives, offering clear direction and focus.

Monitor operations closely, initiating corrective measures as needed; foster a trusting relationship with the workgroup, overseeing recruitment, management, and development of plant personnel.

Analyze data to identify areas of waste or inefficiency; uphold plant safety protocols.

Establish systems and processes to enhance productivity and adherence to standards; set and monitor performance metrics and targets to ensure efficient asset utilization.

Handle employee issues or grievances, administer collective bargaining agreements.

Learn from and mentor subordinates; stay updated on latest production management practices and concepts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronics Engineering or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering.

Specialized expertise in the design, assembly, and repair of electronic and electrical apparatus used in telecommunications, power generation, transformers, and electrical motors is essential.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
