Handle employee issues or grievances, administer collective bargaining agreements.
Learn from and mentor subordinates; stay updated on latest production management practices and concepts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronics Engineering or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering.
Specialized expertise in the design, assembly, and repair of electronic and electrical apparatus used in telecommunications, power generation, transformers, and electrical motors is essential.
