Bay Cities Brokerage is hiring Call Takers-Customer Service Representatives for their NEMT Brokerage Call Center. Experience preferred, but will train the right person. Must possess an ability to multitask in a busy, demanding environment. Must provide outstanding customer service and be proficient with several computer application. Ability to type 40 WPM, strong computer skills with ability to efficiently problem solve. CSR's are trained on-site for scheduling ride and mileage requests for Medicaid members. CSR's must perform position duties in a manner that promotes a good team workplace environment, including treating all persons with respect and empathy. CSR's will develop work-related associations with transportation providers, agency staff and assist in problem resolution in constructive ways. Must demonstrate positive acceptance of constructive feedback and suggestions, in an effort to strengthen work performance. Regular attendance is required.
