Key Responsibilities:
- Excel in full-cycle sales, demonstrating a proven track record in telemarketing sales and moving brokerage.
- Utilize Granot CRM system effectively to manage leads and customer interactions.
- Display a self-motivated, enthusiastic personality, with a strong drive to succeed financially.
- Availability to work overtime from home when necessary to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Commitment to a full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Ability to commute to or consider relocating to the vibrant and sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- A minimum of one year of experience in call center sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation Package:
- Daily Base: Earn $80 when the quota is met, with a safety net of $60 for off days.
- Weekly Base: A steady $375 base salary plus an attractive commission of 25-30%, based on sales achievements.
- Earning Potential: Talented closers can expect weekly earnings ranging from $1,000 to over $4,000, reflective of their sales prowess.
