This is a full-time, in-office position.Noneof our positions are commission based or involve any cold calling.

Each Broker Assistant provides vital team functions:

• New and renewal account information gathering
• Request and keep track of missing information from outside sources
• Provides consistency checkpoints
• Assistance in accounting procedures such as invoicing
• Data entry into multiple internet based systems
• Incoming call management for the team

We are looking for people with:

• 1 year experience as support staff in an office environment or a Risk Management & Insurance degree
• Insurance experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
• Outgoing personality with a strong desire to grow with the team!
