Join our team in theSan Francisco areaas an Associate Broker!This is a full-time, in-office position with a hybrid schedule once training is complete.Noneof our positions are commission based or involve any cold calling.Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 based on prior experience, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.We are looking for people with:
- At least 1-2 years of insurance experience required or a Risk Management and Insurance degree from a four-year accredited university
- 3-5 years of insurance experience preferred
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
Each Associate Broker provides vital team functions:- Review submissions information required to issue new or renewal quotes
- Rate and prepare of new or renewal quotes
- Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies
- Monitor various reports for consistency
- Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing
- Data entry into multiple internet based systems
